Who we are

Wills & Inheritance Tax Saving Limited is a limited company headed by Richard Green. We operate under the auspices of the Society of Will Writers and Estate Planning Practitioners through whom our services are insured and underwritten for your protection. We do not practise as a firm of solicitors although Richard is qualified as a solicitor and has over 25 years’ experience in this field and in business affairs.

What we are not

Unlike many will writing companies, we do not sell financial services and ancillary products. But we are pleased to work with any of your regular professional advisers, if you wish, to ensure that all of your plans are co-ordinated and agreed by all concerned. We can also, if appropriate, introduce you to reputable providers of all services which may be relevant to your estate planning. But our fees to you are based directly upon the value we can deliver to you i.e. the amount of IHT and other money which we can save you. So you can’t lose.
